Protein Shake Recipes

OUR FAVORITE:
-1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-1 cup milk of your choice (I recommend unsweetened Silk Almond Milk)
-Handful of ice cubes
-1/2 medium-large banana
-2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
Just blend it all together and like magic, you will have a shake that in our opinion tastes just as good if not better than one you could get at an ice cream stand but without all of the calories.


Peanut Butter-Banana Breeze:
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-3/4 cup milk of your choice
-Handful of ice cubes
-1 large banana
-2 tablespoons peanut butter
-Pinch of cinnamon (optional)


Cinnamon Roll:
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1 cup milk of your choice
-Handful of ice cubes
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
-1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon


Banana Cream:
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1 cup milk of your choice
-Handful of ice cubes
-1 medium or large banana
-1/2 cup banana flavored or vanilla Greek yogurt


Chocolate Cheesecake:
-1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-1 cup milk of choice
-Handful of ice cubes
-2 tablespoons sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding mix
-1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.


S'mores Shake:
-1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-3/4 cup milk of your choice
-2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-Handful of ice cubes
